The Midtown Marauders are back with another special event at House Of Loom. This time, we honor a man who was a staple in Hip Hop, Neo Soul, and R&B. Mr. James Yancey.

J Dilla has produced many songs for artists like Slum Village, De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Erykah Badu, Busta Rhymes, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Common, and many many many more.

He passed away on February 10th, 2006 from an incurable blood disease, leaving behind a plethroa of music for the world to grow on. Since then, many artists have paid their respects to his legacy and continue to support the J Dilla estate.

In his honor. Midtown Marauders, Dirty Diamonds, Bill Burton, Scky Rei, and That Leeg are performing over every Dilla Instrumental they can find.
