monthly at Drink n Draw since 2010.

February 1, 2012 House of Loom welcomes artists to come create again, this month with the opportunity to show their figurative work thru the Valentine’s month at G Thompson Higgins’ Hot Shops Studio, 321, complemented by photographer Higgins’ images of the artists and models from Drink n Draw sessions. The show will coincide with Hot Shops’ Nicholas Street Gallery’s Drawing from Life exhibit in February.

Artists who attend Drink n Draw February 2 are welcome to bring drawings from previous Drink n Draw events framed or unframed, or leave works drawn that night to be hung in the Hot Shops Studio 321. There will be an open reception Saturday February 4 and open by appointment through February 26.

Drink n Draw is open to artists 19+ for $5 in the House of Loom private lounge, 1012 S. 10th St., Thursday, February 2, 7-9p.m.

Bring your own supplies and enjoy House of Loom’s Thursday Happy Hour specials–just for our group for an additional encore hour thru 9pm.

Two professional live models (one male; one female) will pose for your inspiration for short and long poses at the artists’ request. No photography is permitted.
